Drip Bag

With just hot water and a cup, anyone can easily make coffee anywhere.

For me, it's a bit of a pain to make it because it requires a lot of work like grinding the beans and packaging them, but that's up to the manufacturer so I don't mind.
(They are all handmade one by one, as shown below. This is the true taste of a craftsman.)

I was a little skeptical of this before I actually tried it, but it's actually quite delicious.
Because I work at a coffee shop, I always pay a lot of attention to things like how the water flows through the dripper, the time it takes to grind the beans, the temperature of the water, the amount of water, and things like that.
You don't have to worry about all that stuff and it's just delicious.

So, what's the recipe?

<Things to prepare>

Drip Bag

Water: 150ml (just about the right amount)

Cup (larger is better)

I think about 150ml of water is best.
It's a pain to measure the amount of hot water every time you drink it outside or at the office, so I think it's fine to just use the right amount.

The advantage of drip bags is that they are easy and convenient , so stick to them.

<Order>

1. Open the outer bag of the drip bag

2. Remove the drip bag

3. Cut the zipper of the drip bag

4. Place the drip bag on top of the cup

5. Boil water

6. Pour in hot water lightly and let it steam

7. Pour again

8. Pour again

9. Drink

It was so easy that I just made it up to step 9.
In reality, it only takes about 3 steps.

<Details>

1-4. Prepare the drip bag

Remove the drip bag from the packaging, open the zipper on top and place it in the cup.

(Prior knowledge)

None. Not necessary.

5. Bring the water to a boil

You don't have to worry about the temperature of the water.
Once it boils, wait 1-2 minutes before pouring so it's the right temperature.

(Prior knowledge)

None. If you have time to think, look at the sky.

6. Pour in hot water lightly and let it steam

This is quite important. Lol
First, pour in just enough hot water to wet all the coffee grounds and wait 20-30 seconds.

(Prior knowledge)

Be careful not to cook this for too short a time, as the flavor won't come out properly.
The longer you steep it, the stronger it will become, so try and find a steeping time that suits you.
Some people stir the coffee vigorously with a spoon to increase the extraction efficiency, so you can do that as well if you prefer.

By the way, in the photo above, it looks like too much was poured.
But it still turned out delicious, so I wasn't too worried.

7-8. Pour hot water

Generally, pour hot water slowly twice until it is full. Then, wait until all the hot water from the second pour has drained out. That is about 150ml, roughly.

(Prior knowledge)

Feel free to adjust the amount of hot water to suit your taste.
Please note that if you pour more than 200ml, the liquid will become quite diluted.

9. Drink

I space out while drinking coffee.
