Motoki Kato | MOTOKI KATO

Former data marketer for a foreign company.
While working as a company employee, he opened a guesthouse and, after living together with various people, he became interested in "living at one's own pace."
In 2017, he retired and moved to Tainan, a city with a free and relaxed atmosphere. He then taught himself how to roast coffee and opened "Kakaya Coffee" as the owner and roaster.
Recently, I've been having trouble with back pain, probably due to my age.

A promising new talent who taught herself how to make cakes while attending university and has a track record of selling over 300 custom-made cakes in one year.

At Kakaya Coffee, in addition to her barista duties, she also leads the development of sweets. The popular cakes sell out within hours of being posted on Instagram.
Using his hobby of doodling, he is in charge of all of the illustrations for BOKETTO. He doesn't like mornings.
